Norwegian drink package is very good if you are into alcohol. The balcony room we were in, was very nicely located and the views from our balcony was spectacular. They are small and take a long time to arrive as so many people are trying to use them. The stairs are easy to climb so if you are able I suggest using the stairs, it also helps with exercise. Everything went well from check in to cruising and ports except there was a day in one of the restaurants where the service was very slow. Entertainment was fun for the ones we attended (comedy show and singer). The ship was nice and clean and the bar service was very good. Getting on/off the ship was easy in ports and everything was very organized. I would highly recommend if you want to see the Hawaiian islands this cruise is the way to go as you get so much for your money.

Guests wish they had more time on this island, the two days will not feel like enough. On the first day, a trip out to Waimea Canyon, combined with a fern grotto cruise and a luau may be the best day of different experiences possible in Hawaii. I found the international selections particularly weak (I know, I know, it’s the Pride of AMERICA, not INDIA, but I so love the Indian food on other NCL ships). Second, because the Pride of America has to abide by all American labor laws, the majority of crew members will be Americans, unlike other cruise ships that employ mostly foreign workers.
